SHORT TERM RATES:

• OVERNIGHT: 1-2 people $35/night: $32 Seniors (over 65)
  $2 per additional person over age 12
• WEEKLY $230/week, $215/week Seniors (over 65)

EXTENDED STAY RATES with rental agreement

• Year-Round $495 per month with a 12 month agreement (1 or 2 people)
• Monthly - Not Year Round $560 per month without 12 month agreement (1 or 2 people) Monthly rates are plus metered electric and require a $150 electric / site deposit. You contract your own propane supplier
• Storage: per month: RV, car, or truck $75; Extra Car or Small Trailer for Year-Round Tenants $45 Weekly: $25 for any unit Daily: $6 for any unit.

SUMMER RATES effective April 1
Summer Rates are for a non-metered site.

7 Month On-Site Winter Storage $500
Must be prepaid in full by October 1st. You must pay full summer
amount by May 1st in order to receive the discount. Any monthly
tenant must also pay electric. Ask about STUDENT Rates.

Total Summer + Storage is $3100
If paid in full by April 1st, 2009, you pay only $3000

1. Speed limit is 5Miles Per Hour For the Safety of ALL! Speed and you will park by the office & walk to your site!
2. GUESTS & VEHICLES: Must ALL be registered at the office. Any extra guests must pay $3 per night if over age 12.
3. ATV's, MOTORCYCLES or DIRT BIKES are NOT to be driven in the Park for errands or recreational riding.
4. VEHICLES: No washing or repairing of vehicles at any time. RV Wash Permit is $10 and available at office.
5. PETS: 2 quiet, controlled & on leash at all times. Never left unattended & always picked up after. No vicious breeds.
6. PROHIBITED: campfires, generators, loud music or noise, strung clotheslines, littering - including cigarette butts.
7. Bag & tie all trash and put in dumpster.
8. Check out is NOON. No refunds for early departures.
9. The Seasonal Areas will open May 1st, and Seasonal Rates will be based on May 1-September 30, 5 months. We will remain open until October 15th, weather permitting, without guarantee - this is a freebie if Mother Nature cooperates.
10. In order to have first priority for your space each year, the Winter Priority Payment or the Discounted Yearly Rate will need to be paid.
11. Spaces which are not paid for on an annual basis will be at the option of park management subject to first come, first serve reservations for 2007.
12. Any payment that is late in excess of five days from the due date will incur a late fee of 6% on the total amount due, with an additional $5 per day for each day late, and any legal fees incurred.

Space rent includes one trailer only. Additional trailers (and excess vehicles) will be subject
to a storage fee if kept in the storage area, or an additional space fee if kept at a space.
